Built FMT Hub, a cloud-based RBAC clinical data platform for access-controlled submissions, video uploads, multi-center validation across 6 hospitals, reducing bias and eliminating manual adjudication. Implemented anonymized center identifiers and automated email workflows using Google AppSheet to securely manage 800+ patient records.

Led end-to-end architecture and cloud deployment of 5 production-grade platforms, designing reusable component systems and structured full-stack infrastructure for institutional deployments. Optimized performance and SEO using Lighthouse-driven improvements (90+ scores), dynamic routing, asset optimization, and responsive design for cross-device reliability. Executed hardened backend services and engineered shell-based deployment automation scripts to standardize server updates and reduce manual configuration errors.
